These items were collected by Stanley George Packe (b. 4/7/1916), popularly known as 'George'. They were donated to the archives following his death in 1986 in Westminster. Additonal items deposited by the Theatre Collection, University of Brisol in 2006 and amalgamated with the material depoisted by Stanley George Packe.

The collection was weeded at the point of accession to remove materials which did not relate to Bedfordshire.
