Parcel of land measuring forty poles eight and a quarter yards in area situated in a newly laid out road called Lincoln Road. South east Lincoln Road, a frontage of ninety nine feet. North east side by other land of 1. agreed to be sold to 2., one hundred and ten feet nine inches. North west or rear other land of 1. agreed to be sold to 2. and by them agreed to be sold to 3. ninety nine feet. South west other land of 1. agreed to be sold to 2. one hundred and ten feet nine inches. A plan is included showing the site at Lincoln Road. Provision for the production of deed dated 9 May 1912 between 1, Francis Crawley, 2. Arthur William Leatham and Arthur George Ferguson, 3 Sarah Bridget Crawley and 4 Arthur John Powdrill and Albert Wilkinson.
