Sent from HMS Actaeon at Spithead 13 January 1779, received 5 February. His previous letter has gone unanswered and "it hurts me to think myself in the line of an humble Petitioner to be denied the favour of an answer when I took myself to have some right to claim your Interest, as my own was sacrificed to serve Mr Worsley your relation". Repeats his request and wishes his Lordship the compliments of the season.
