1) Robert Cotton Trefusis of Trefusis, Cornwall, esquire 2) the Honourable Anne St John, a daughter of John late Lord St John 3) Elizabeth Lady Dowager St John reciting will of John Lord St John dated 16 June 1757 by which he gave all his messuages of which he was seised in fee to Thomas Erle Drax, esquire and John Hallet, esquire as trustees to sell and divide money amongst 8 younger children if unmarried reciting valuation of the share of Anne St John as £500 and that she is entitled to a legacy of £100 Assignment by 1) to 3) of the above share and legacy, in consideration of £600 paid to Thomas Erle Drax and the Reverend Gilbert Afflect trustees of a settlement to be made on the marriage of 1) and 2)
