i) Mary Sophie Underwood, wife of Frank Louis Underwood, Nunswood House, Harrold
ii) Law Reversionary Interest Society Ltd., 19, Lincoln's Inn Fields, London
reciting the marriage settlement of 13 April 1885 of the parents of i). C E Lavie died without exercising the joint power of appointment conferred by said settlement. Therefore i) is entitled in reversion expectant on the death of her mother, S M E Sercombe, to investments in schedule which represent the Trust funds and now stand in the name of L W N Hickley, the surviving trustee.
now ii) lends £1150 to i) at £6.10s % per annum interest, upon having the reversion to the investments conveyed to them. If interest is not paid within 30 days, then it shall be capitalised at £6% per annum and added to the principal, on which interest is payable.
If interest paid promptly, then reduced to 6% per annum
Power given as to action to be taken in case of non payment.
