    i) Thomas Godolphin Rooper, only son of the Reverend William Henry Rooper, late of Abbots Ripton, Huntingdonshire, and now of Old Windsor, Berkshire, clerk, by wife Frances Catherine Rooper ii) said Reverend William Henry Rooper iii) George Frederick Rooper, 17, Lincoln's Inn Fields, Middlesex, Esquire reciting settlement [as in X440/836] and that the Reverend Thomas Richard Rooper is now deceased and so also is William Trevor Rooper in 1872 without having been married. T R Rooper died in 1865 i) became 21 in 1868 now i) with consent of ii) grants, disposes of and confirms to iii) - lands etc specified in marriage settlement and in schedule to this deed, etc - all monies, stocks, funds and securities, which, or the produce of which, are liable to be laid out in lands to hold subject to the uses etc limited by the deed of settlement which are prior to estate in tail male of i) and to the powers annexed to such prior uses but freed and discharged from estate in tail male or in tail of i) Schedule - lands, annuities etc as in deed of settlement signatures of i) and ii) witnesses Maxly Rooper, solicitor, 17, Lincoln's Inn Fields G L Whately, Clerk to Mr George Rooper, 17, Lincoln's Inn Fields
