    i) Edward John Foster, Broom Hall, Biggleswade, Esquire, J. P., D. L. ii) Thomas Frederick Fowler, Huntingdon, solicitor iii) said Edward John Foster reciting will of John Foster, Biggleswade, who died on 7 July 1847, said will being dated 6 February 1847, gave residue of real estate to use of son John Nathaniel Foster, for life and then to male children of said John Nathaniel Foster. Will proved 24 September 1847 reciting will of John Nathaniel Foster dated 20 August 1874 ... to wife, Frances Mary Foster (nee Wedd) - Sandy Place Estate - £500 payable out of various estates including above Otherwise to use of sons, i) and Albert John Foster, for 99 years, on trusts, as in will. Also created entail he died on 30 January 1891. Will proved 14 March 1891 (Principal Probate Registry) reciting the marriage of i) with Mary Poole Kingslake on 15 August 1866. They had 5 children, Francis Alexander Kingslake Foster, and 4 daughters, said F A K Foster died in action on 12 January 1890 aged 22 as 2nd Lieutenant in Kings Own Scottish Borderers on the Chin-Lushai Expedition in Upper Burma, and was buried on the Chin Hills. Letters of administration of his estate granted on 30 June 1890 to his father, i) now i) to bar the entail in above 2 wills, conveys to ii) - freehold lands in Biggleswade (as in schedule) to be held to use of i) so that his life interest may merge in the fee simple schedule no 155 'The Elms', London Road, Biggleswade (1.557 acres) no 153 'Upper Holmeside' (23.138 acres) no 171 Plantation on South side, and 2 cottages (.942 acres) no 152 'The Ploughed Delves' (3.902 acres) signatures both witness William Hall, clerk to Mr Fowler, solicitor, Huntingdon
