i) John Nathaniel Foster of St Andrews Biggleswade esquire ii) John Squires Bartlett of Biggleswade schoolmaster recites: Indenture 25 May 1851 by which 2 roods in Biggleswade were assured for such purposes as i) should appoint in consideration of £150 - 25 perches being part of aforesaid 2 roods : South other part sold to Horace Isaac Barker who is to fence boundary : North Police Station : East road to railway station : West bridleway to Holme ii) covenants not to allow any building to be erected on the plot to be used as an inn or beer shop during the lifetime of i) if William Hogge shall so long carry on the business of a brewery at Biggleswade witness: John Marson Green covenant to produce 1851 deed 31 October 1857
