Prince Regent drunk & foolish; description of his conduct & projected visit to Hanover; rudeness to Madame de Stael. Discusses the Dutch constitution & attitude of Whigs. Refuses visit to Southill, as Lady Holland will be there, which would make Southill a seat of war.
