1 November 1848 Mortgage i) William Twelvetrees ii) John Nathaniel Foster £200 further to previous £500 - certain freehold premises at Biggleswade & covenant to surrender all copyhold premises inherited from his father, i.e. 2 tenements & workshops on Stratton Street in Biggleswade 1 November 1848 Surrender by i) of said copyhold premises 12 December 1854 Will of i) bequeathing all real & personal estate to wife Anna 3 May 1855 Admission of Anna Twelvetrees after death of husband to: - cottage in Stratton Street : East cottage in occupation of John Meen, then Elizabeth Gunthorpe, widow then John Race, then James Bates : West cottage George Cartwright, then Thomas Marshall, then Edmund Powers which cottage was formerly occupied by William Liles, then William Twelvetrees, then Richard Twelvetrees rent: 6d 14 February 1857 Will of Anna Twelvetrees, devising to Harper Twelvetrees all freehold & copyhold estates to use of Harper, Edward & Richard Twelvetrees; trustee to pay surplus of rents, dividend & annual produce to her daughter Thirza Twelvetrees while unmarried; on her marriage or death trustee(s) to dispose of hereditaments & apply money as mentioned in will. 27 March 1864 death of Anna Twelvetrees 25 September 1865 Deed by which Edward Twelvetrees disclaimed all rights & interest in trust 2 November 1865 Admission of Harper & Richard H. Twelvetrees to: - brick-built messuage, built by William Twelvetrees on site of above described cottage in Stratton Street 1866 Warrant under hand of John Nathaniel Foster authorising steward of manor to enter satisfaction on court rolls for principal & interest owing under 1848 conditional surrender as far as related to common right appurtenant to premises
