    i) Harper Twelvetrees of Warwick House, Upper Clapton, Middlesex, merchant Richard Harper Twelvetrees of Nottingham, manager of a railway ii) Edward John Foster recites: death of Anna Twelvetrees widow on 27 March 1864 having left all her estates to 3 trustees; will proved 14 February 1865 one trustee renounced his title in the trust, leaving i) as trustees Anna's daughter Thirza married Joseph Andrew Horner 16 July 1864, thus under terms of will trustees may dispose of property consideration £90 - right of common for 1 horse, 2 cows & 1 breeder on commons of Biggleswade & all other right of common belonging to cottage in Stratton Street Biggleswade [abuttals as X440/535] which said cottage has been pulled down & a brick messuage built by late William Twelvetrees
