    i) Harper Twelvetrees of Warwick House, Upper Clapton, Middlesex, merchant Richard Harper Twelvetrees of Nottingham, manager of a railway ii) Edward Twelvetrees of Bigglewswade builder whereas: ii) has contracted with i) for absolute purchase of freehold & copyhold estates except common right sold to Edward John Foster, for £925, of which £275 shall be for freehold & £650 for copyhold only £610 is still owing on mortgage consideration: £93.10.0 - 5 cottages on South side of Back Street Biggleswade as built by William Twelvetrees deceased on a plot of freehold land in Hancocks Field : North Back Street : West premises of John Jeffries : South residue of Hancocks Field : East Edward Sandon which cottages were late in occupation of Beaumont & others, now of Charles Head, --- Howsden, Widow Saunders, Peter Huckle & Thomas Stacey to hold chargeable with principal sum of £610 Agreement by i) to surr to use of ii) - cottage in Stratton Street Biggleswade : East cottage formerly of John Moon then Elizabeth Gunthorpe, widow then Jonn Race then James Bates now Edward Twelvetrees : West cottage formerly George Cartwright then Thomas Marshall now Edward Powers which said cottage was formerly of William Liles then Richard Twelvetrees & has been pulled down & a brick-built messuage erected by William Twelvetrees & is now in occupation of Edward Twelvetrees & all appurtenances except common right, to hold subject to payment of £610 Agreement by ii) to pay the £610 to John Nathaniel Foster
