    Release Parties: (i) Edward Bodger of Shefford, gentleman; (ii) Sarah Ann Bodger of Shefford, spinster; Edward Bodger – trustees of the will of Mary Bodger, widow, deceased; (iii) Thomas Addington of Wyboston, Eaton Socon, farmer (surviving executor of the will of John Bodger deceased); (iv) Sarah Ann Bodger; (v) Mary Elizabeth Pidgeon of Clifton, spinster and Mary Elizabeth Byham, wife of George Byham of 119 The Grove, Ealing [Middlesex] (devisees in trust and personal representatives of Elizabeth Pidgeon, widow, deceased); (vi) Mary Poole of Engadine, Warwick Road, Ealing, widow; (vii) Charles Albert Bodger of Witham [Essex], person of unsound mind, found so by inquisition of 23 February 1875 acting by Mary Bodger of 58 Sydenham Road, Croydon [Surrey], spinster, approved committee of his estate; (viii) Robert Morris Bodger of Cardington, farmer Reciting: - covenant of 13 December 1813 in which (1) John Emery and Mary, his daughter covenanted to surrender copyhold property to (2) Richard Bodger following his marriage with Mary Emery; - Z1578/Blun/1/1; - Z1578/Blun/1/2; - Richard and Mary Bodger had ten children: Emery; Richard; John; Sarah Ann; William; Elizabeth; Samuel; Samuel; Edward and Mary; - Elizabeth Bodger married Charles Pidgeon who died in 1860; Mary married Frederick Poole who died in 1885; - William, Samuel and Samuel all died in infancy leaving Emery their heir at law by custom of the manor; - Richard Bodger the younger died on 29 September 1854 intestate leaving Charles Albert, his only son, as his heir at law by custom of the manor; - Emery Bodger made his will on 9 December 1863 devising all copyhold real estate to his brother Edward in trust for Edward, his mother, Mary, widow of John Bodger and his sisters Sarah Ann Bodger, Elizabeth Pidgeon and Mary Poole in equal shares; - Emery Bodger died on 3 December 1868; - Mary Bodger, widow, made her will on 26 August 1871 devising all real estate to John, Sarah Ann and Edward Bodger in trust for sale; - Mary Bodger died on 31 March 1878 and her will was proved on 21 November 1878 in Northampton DPR; - will of John Bodger of 13 February 1855 giving all his property to trustees of whom (iii) was survivor, in trust for sale - death of John Bodger on 15 September 1876 and proof of his will on 25 October 1876 in PPR; - death of Mary Ann, wife of John Bodger on 19 February 1877 administration of the estate of John Bodger being granted to (iii) by PPR on 10 April 1877; - Z1578/Blun/1/3; - death of Elizabeth Pidgeon on 24 December 1889 leaving Z1578/Blun/1/16; - Z1578/Blun/1/17; - (viii) had paid £645 in shares as follows: £107/10/- to (i); £43 to (ii); £107/10/- to (iii); £107/10/- to (iv); £107/10/- to (v); £107/10/- to (vi) and £64/10/- to (vii); - Edward Bodger, with privity of (i)-(vii), had surrendered out of court the Blunham copyhold property to (viii); - Master James Redfoord Bulwer settled and approved Operative Part: - (i)-(vii) released the copyhold property to (viii) Witnesses: - William Hodgetts, clerk to Arthur Wade-Gery of Shefford, solicitor; - Thomas … bookseller; - Mabel Brow of 120 The Grove, Ealing, spinster; - C R Wade-Gery of Saint Neots [Huntingdonshire], solicitor; - Charles Wixley, clerk to H Montagu of 5 and 6 Bucklersbury [London], solicitor
