- 3 cottages fronting on Stratton Street with piece of ground belonging, formerly occupied by William Saunders, John Hankin & Elizabeth Tyre, widow, now John Saunders, John Hankin & Thomas Hopkins
to which ii) was admitted subject to life estate of Elizabeth Farrington, widow, now Elizabeth Jefferies on 27 & 28 April 1804 on surrender Thomas & Elizabeth Jefferies
