    27 & 28 October 1747 Admission i) William Bury on surrender of ii) Richard Wells - cottage divided into 3 tenements in St Andrews Street Biggleswade 7 May & 5 June 1754 Admission i) John Bury on surrender out of court 29 September 1753 of: ii) William Bury - cottage in Stratton Street Biggleswade formerly the Star Inn, formerly in occupation of Simon Bean, Robert Huckle & William Ansell - piece of ground called Wrens Park near Red Lion Inn in occupation Simon Bean [both these entries crossed through] - cottage divided into 3 tenements in St Andrews Street in occupation of Robert Parker, William Law & George Norman [marginal note: sold to Luke Bradshaw*, hostler at the Swan, Biggleswade for £200] [*recte Broadhead, see X440/249] 27, 28 October 4 November 1778 Admission i) Sarah wife of Jeremiah Bryant for life, then to Jeremiah junior son of said Jeremiah Bryant on surrender out of court 15 May 1771 of: ii) John Bury - cottage divided into 3 tenements in St Andrews Street occupied as above said Sarah was admitted at court 29 & 30 October 1771; has since died now: Jeremiah Bryant junior admitted 27 April 1786 Copy Surrender i) Jeremiah Bryant to use of ii) John Emery - ground whereon stood cottage divided into 3 tenements in St Andrews Street Biggleswade late in occupation as above, now in occupation of Philip Flanders, Ann Pryor & Robert Parker which was lately destroyed by fire 28 & 29 April 1786 Admission of John Emery to said premises
