    - to son John messuage & ground adjoining in Shortmead End in Biggleswade in occupation of John Whitehead since of John Wright & now of said John & Joseph Taylor - to son William cottage in Shortmead Street in Biggleswade purchased of Thomas Allen now in occupation of Thomas Albone & William Albone - 3 acres arable or garden ground in Sandy in occupation John Underwood - to daughter Elizabeth £50 - to daughter Fanny £5 "or such other sum as will be payable on my decease out of the Rose Club in Bigleswade" - to Robert Pedley of Bourn, Lincoln, merchant, one of my executors hereinafter mentioned, 5 guineas - to Robert Pedley & testator's son William 6 parcels meadow in Biggleswade called Little Horse Croft Meadow & Long Meadow containing together 21 acres 3 roods 33 perches late estate of brother William Carrington, in trust to sell & from proceeds discharge mortgages affecting the same, debts & such of aforesaid legacies as personal estate will not cover; residue, plus ready money, debts, stock in trade, household furniture etc to daughters Sarah, Mary & Fanny - executors: sons John & William Carrington & Robert Pedley dated 18 March 1801 witnesses: Thomas Dennis, Blunham, butcher John Usher, Blunham, carpenter H.O.
