    i) William Rudd* of Islington, Middlesex, butcher John Rudd* of Biggleswade yeoman Richard Rudd* of Great Queen Street, Lincolns Inn Fields, Middlesex gentleman George Rudd* of Southill, yeoman William Vincent of St. Margaret, Westminster, Middlesex victualler & wife Elizabeth nee Rudd* (*being younger children of Edmund Rudd late of Southill, gentleman deceased, who was son of Edward Rudd late of Biggleswade gentleman deceased & legatees under will of Edward Rudd deceased) ii) Edward Rudd of Biggleswade gentleman, eldest son of Edmund Rudd & heir at law of Edward Rudd deceased & his executors whereas: Edward Rudd the testator was possessed of considerable personal estate; by will dated 3 April 1765 devised all freehold & copyhold & all personal estate to ii) in trust to sell & pay debts & legacies, viz: to Elizabeth Vincent (then Rudd) £200 to William Rudd £150 to John Rudd £200 to Richard Rudd £50 to George Rudd £50 whereas: testator died 13 January 1769; will was proved ii) is desirous not to sell the real estate & has agreed to pay the other parties the legacies due to them upon their releasing to him all their right at law or in equity to real estates of said Edward Rudd deceased whereas: in consideration of service & friendship shown by Richard Rudd to ii) & the particular regard ii) has for him, ii) offers Richard Rudd as a present the sum of £150 over and besides the legacy now: in consideration of £150 to William Rudd £200 to John Rudd £200 to Richard Rudd £50 to George Rudd £200 to William Vincent (by consent of Elizabeth Vincent) i) release, confirms etc to ii) - all real & personal estate of Edward Rudd deceased witnesses: William Church, John Baker, T. Bridges, Thomas Brooke 1 July 1767 annexed: receipt of £200 by Ann Rudd witness: John Rudd 13 November 1767 receipt of £200 by Elizabeth Rudd now Costin: signatures Elizabeth Costin, John Costin.
