i) Heylock Kingsley of Hassell, Sandy, esquire, executor & residuary legatee of Robert Jenkyn late of Harpenden, Hertfordshire esquire deceased ii) Edward Rudd of Biggleswade gentleman iii) Thomas Stanhope of Craven Street Middlesex, esquire recites: X440/197; death of Robert Jenkyn as in X440/179; X440/178 whereas: principal sums of £3,500 & £300 totalling £3,800 are still due but interest is paid to date now: in consideration of: £3,800 paid to i) by iii) at direction of ii) i) assigns to iii) as also does ii) - all property in recited deed X440/197 for residue of terms of 500 years. 1,000 years & 1,500 years to be void on repayment of £3,800 with interest at 4% on 10 February next witnesses: William Roos, John Barnardiston
