    i) Richard Lee of Clifton, gentleman & wife Mary ii) Edward Rudd of Biggleswade, gentleman in consideration of £420 - premises as in X440/186 - close arable & pasture called the Delves, 5 acres in occupation of Thomas Huckle [see X440/188] - piece meadow ground near Biggleswade bridge in Northill 10 acres called Midsumer Mead - all other freehold property of i) in Biggleswade & Northill except the Bishopps Closes sold to Richard Hyde & a close in occupation of Thomas Pope Witnesses: William Millard, Samuel Luke 19 & 20 January 1718/9 endorsed: 4 acres 20 perches of the 6 acres is on the North Field (see deed of 28 September 1641 [X440/181] ) endorsed: Borrowed & received of Mr Nicholas Phipp of Potton £50 & before borrowed of him at twice the sum of £110 in all £160 & I do hereby promise that the lands within mentioned shall be made a sufficient security for him & interest due & to grow due for the same & that the same premises shall from henceforth quietly be held by the same Nicholas Phipps until satisfied.
