i) Haylock Kingsley of Hassell Hall, Sandy, esquire, executor & residuary legatee of Robert Jenkyn of Harpenden, Hertfordshire, esquire, deceased ii) Edward Rudd of Biggleswade, gentleman iii) Thomas Stanhope of Craven Street, Middlesex, esquire recites: X440/177 whereas: Robert Jenkyn is since dead; by will dated 23 February 1738 appoints i) sole executor who proved same in Prerogative Court of Canterbury recites: X440/178 whereas: principal of £3,500 & £300 totalling £3,800 still due now: consideration £3,800 paid to i) by iii) at request of ii) i) assigns to iii) as also does ii) - Premises as in X440/177 for residue of terms of 1,000 & 2,000 years to be void on repayment of £3,800 with interest at 4% on 10 February next signature: i) ii) witnesses: William Roos, John Barnardiston
