    i) Richard Smith, Tenbury, Worcestershire, apothecary ii) Samuel Holland, Tenbury, gentleman consideration - £400 i) devises to ii) - messuage on East side of Team Street, Tenbury, formerly in the possession of Richard Smith, since of Henry Barnett, and now of Charles Smith, currier - messuage on West side of Team Street, commonly called Jakes Place, now divided into 2 dwellings, formerly in occupation of William Taylor, gardener and John Hock, brickmaker, as undertenants to i), now in possession of i) and John Hock - orchard called Nursery Orchard (1 acre) now also in possession of i), situated near top of Berrington Lane in Tenbury N Berrington Lane E once Benjamin Blakeway, butcher, since James Baggot, mason, now John Bishop W meadow, formerly Joseph Baugham, dyer, then George Ridley, baker and since of Michael Peake, now Edward Baugham, maltster S Westfield Lane - Little Orchard, now also in possession of i) (3 parts of acre) in Berrrington Lane N Berrington Lane E once Mrs Elizabeth Whitcombe, widow, then of William Bishop, since of William Waldron, now Elizabeth Waldron, widow W once Thomas Pownes, tanner, now Mr Thomas Noxall (and undertenants) S once Mrs Holland, now Thomas Hancox, in possession of George Webb, innkeeper - newly erected (or erecting) messuage on North side of Berrington Lane on place where formerly stood an old dwelling house, formerly in possession of Edward Truden, but now i), except for house which is untenanted term 500 years interest 5% Schedule of deeds (which refer not only to this property but to others): 30 and 31 July 1723 being marriage settlement of Richard Smith and Susannah Yarranton 25 and 26 June 1762 lease and release to make to the praceipe for suffering a recovery Trinity term 2 Geo III, 1762, Recovery Demise for 1,000 years of 29 September 1782.
