    Conditional Surrender i) Edward Rudd ii) Henry Hardacre of Millbrook, clerk - 4 acres land in fields of Biggleswade viz: ...1 acre on Long Whetstone Furlong on which is a quick hedge ...½ acre on Middle Furlong near the Furzens Furlong ...1 rood on Gilletts Furlong on which is a quickhedge next the headland ...1 rood abutting on Simont Piece on North part of the common way ...1 rood on Stony land ...½ acre abutting on Reeves Stitch next to the throughout land ...1 acre being 2 throughout lands on Reeve Stitch Furlong ...1 rood in the Ten Acres the said Mr Rudd's, abutting on the headland all which were late of Lady Mary Bromsall, deceased, who purchased of John Field & now in occupation of Valeanna Pratt, widow - 6 acres arable in common fields of Biggleswade late lands of said Mary Bromsall purchased of George North by her & in occupation as above - stable, piece of ground on which it is built & garden in Biggleswade purchased by Mary Bromsall of John Wright now in occupation of George Wakeman, apothecary all of which were lately purchased by Edward Rudd of Hester & Elizabeth Wiseman, cousins & coheirs of Mary Bromsall deceased to which i) was admitted 23-24 October last proviso to be void on repayment of £100 from i) to ii) 12 November 1733 endorsed: receipt by Thomas Cawne for use of ii) of £104.11.8 from Robert Jenkyn esquire through Edward Sparhauke as principal & interest due on above 11 October 1735
