    i) Hedley Faithfull Norris, 45 Lincolns Inn Fields, London, solicitor ii) said Hedley Faithfull Norris Ethel Long Norris, The Mount, Tenbury, Worcestershire freehold property now subject to the trusts of the indenture of 2 February 1846 anre 2 closes land in 1st part of 3rd schedule of deed of partition of 10 June 1861 [Z218/30] now in occupation R J Kettleborrow and homestead and ground (other than 3 acres 3 roods 34 poles sold on 10 May 1876 to Great Northern and London North Western Railways Joint Committee) in 2nd part of 3rd schedule of deed of partition, now known as "Chestnuts Farm" in occupation of E Lenton i) appoints ii) as new trustees and vests in them - 2 closes land (as above) - Chestnuts Farm signatures of all witnesses: Alfred J Poore, clerk to Messrs Hedley Norris Florence E Norris, 33 King's Road, Richmond Surrey, spinster 10 February 1926 endorsed with: memorandum as to sale of Chestnuts Farm (115 acres 1 rood 15 poles) to Walt Lenton of Bottesford. Right to production of this deed acknowledged. 7 May 1926 memorandum as to conveyance of 1 acre 1 rood 21 poles (no. 539 on O.S.) to Harry Bugg. Right to production of this deed acknowledged. 4 November 1926 memorandum as to conveyance of 1 acre 1 rood 17 poles (no 553 on O.S.) to William Henry Tarry.
