£800 lent to said Charles Henry Faithfull in trust to remain invested or to be re-invested in public funds at their discretion. Interest to be paid to sister Sarah Isabella Norris, for life, and then in trust to pay or transfer to Charles Henry Faithfull
- to niece Emily Bridges Sergeant, wife of Reverend Oswald Sergeant
£200 3% Consolidateds
- to said Charles Henry Faithfull
remainder of 3% Consolidateds and all personal estate (subject to payment of debts)
- to said executors and trustees
all estates vested in him as trustee or mortgagee to hold the same on the trusts affecting them
