    Probate of the Will of Elizabeth Anne Norris, deceased, of Hardingstone, Northamptonshire, spinster nephews Reverend Charles Henry Faithfull, Hardingstone, clerk and cousin William Norris, Tenbury, Worcestershire, gentleman, appointed executors and trustees - to said executors and trustees £800 lent to said Charles Henry Faithfull in trust to remain invested or to be re-invested in public funds at their discretion. Interest to be paid to sister Sarah Isabella Norris, for life, and then in trust to pay or transfer to Charles Henry Faithfull - to niece Emily Bridges Sergeant, wife of Reverend Oswald Sergeant £200 3% Consolidateds - to said Charles Henry Faithfull remainder of 3% Consolidateds and all personal estate (subject to payment of debts) - to said executors and trustees all estates vested in him as trustee or mortgagee to hold the same on the trusts affecting them witnesses Robert Henry Cox, clerk, vicar of Hardingstone Thomas Haines, gentleman, Melbourne, Derbyshire 5 December 1870 Probate (Oxford DR) in which is described as formerly of Hardingstone, but late of Rousham, Oxfordshire, spinster, granted to Charles Henry Faithfull and William Norris. Testatrix died on 5 March 1878. Sworn at under £1,500. 27 March 1878 With estate papers e.g. residuary accounts, tax papers, correspondence and other papers, 1878.
