    Probate of the Will of Frances Elizabeth Norris, of Little Gonerby, Grantham, Lincolnshire, spinster brothers Thomas Elye Norris and William Norris appointed executors and trustees - to cousin Charles Henry Faithfull £20 - to cousin Emily Bridges Serjeant £20 - to servant Mary Patman £10 - to late servant Mary Wilson, widow of Robert Wilson £5 - to servant Ann Scoffield £5 - to late Aunt's servant Ann Caunt £2 - to sister Sarah Elye Norris, absolutely all her share in household goods, plate, furniture etc. in her house share in farms, lands in Colmworth and Eaton Socon - to brothers Thomas Elye Norris and William Norris, in trust Bank stock, real and personal estate. Trust to pay sister Sarah Elye Norris annual sum of £100 for life, and to brother Charles Norris, £50 p.a. and to cousins Elizabeth Ann Norris and Sarah Isabella Norris and the survivor of them, annual sum of £20. After decease of Charles Norris, annuity to go to wife and then children equally rents, income etc. to be paid between brothers Thomas, Charles, John and William for life as tenants in common after decease of Sarah Elye Norris, sum of £100 to be divided among brothers for life. Upon death of any of them, 1/4 of such interest to be paid to widow and then to children. In default of wife and children, to be divided among other brothers, wives, widows and children. Children to inherit after death of mother After decease of all of them, executors of trustees to sell real and personal estate. Proceeds to be divided equally between nephews and nieces to be theirs absolutely at 21 or marriage and in the meantime, income to be used for their maintenance Full powers given to administer or partition estates Power to appoint new trustees witnesses: Mary Ann Nevinson, Little Gonerby, spinster Harriet Nevinson, spinster 21 December 1866 Probate (Lincs DR) granted to Thomas Elye Norris and William Norris. Testatrix died on 5 December 1869. Sworn at under £3,000 30 December 1869
