    i) Reverend John Elye Norris ii) Albertina Starey iii) William Norris Edward Starey ii) will become entitled under will of Charlotte Jones, late of Herne Bay, Surrey [sic], spinster, deceased, proved (PCC) in 1844, to certain trust monies, securities etc., so is agreed that iii) shall be trustees of said securities etc. now ii), with consent of i), transfers to iii) - trust monies etc. to which she is entitled under said will Monies to be invested in Parliamentary Stocks or Public Funds Proceeds of sale of i)'s estate [as in Z218/34] - interest to be paid to i) for life and to ii) for life Above trust monies, under the will - interest to ii) for life for her own separate use, but without power of disposal, and then to whom she shall appoint. Otherwise to i) Then as regards both groups of monies, to children as either shall appoint. Otherwise to sons at 21 and daughters at 21 or marriage, in equal shares Other provisions - if no children then as i) shall appoint as regards to his property and ii) as to hers - if ii) or i) in her right, becomes entitled to property equal to £100 or more (other than jewels, plate, pictures and books) it shall become part of the trust Power to appoint new trustees signatures of all endorsed witnesses: Thomas Elye Norris Robert Robinson 9 May 1866
