    Copy of Court Roll, Manor of Biggleswade Admission Richard Foster as eldest son & heir of Richard Foster senior - cottage with stable, sheds, yard & garden ground adjacent [later the Baptist manse, see X440/769] : South Meeting House Walk : North Langford Street : West cottage & garden of Samuel Barber : East yard & ground fronting the Meeting House now in occupation James Bowers, at rent of 1s 2d per annum to which Richard Foster senior was admitted on surrender of Elizabeth Brittain - parcel of pasture in Biggleswade adjacent to river there, 1 acre, formerly in occupation of William Whitehouse at rent of 1s per annum to which Richard Foster senior was admitted on surrender of Turner Boston - 2 dwelling houses lately built by Thomas Watts in Biggleswade in the Backside : North land of Mr Rudd - parcel of ground behind said tenements adjacent to Saffron Ground at one end at the two rents of 1½d & 3d to which Richard Foster senior was admitted on forfeited conditional surrender of Thomas Watts fines: 4s½ & a third of 1d 4d ½d 1d
