    Absolute Surrender (copy) i) Turner Boston of Biggleswade, merchant, to use of: ii) Richard Foster .of Cambridge, merchant, consideration £1,250 - messuage in St Andrew's Street in Biggleswade formerly in the occupation of -- Robinson, widow & now of i) - orchard or piece of pasture ground on part of which a messuage formerly stood occupied with said messuage : South late Sir Thomas Bromsall : North late Jasper Goodge [sic] : West river : East St Andrew's Street formerly the estate of Austin Drage who surrendered to i) who was admitted at court 29 & 30 October 1771 - messuage & orchard, garden & piece of meadow adjacent containing 1 acre in Biggleswade formerly occupied by William Spicer now of Petit Bread, formerly estate of Sir Thomas Bromsall & since of James Brooke who surrendered to i) who was admitted at court 26 October & 2 & 3 November 1773 - messuage with outhouses etc. Tan Fatts, Tan Yard & appurtenances in Biggleswade in the occupation of Richard Manison alias Sansome, tanner & now of Henry Sawyer & James Grigg - toft whereon a cottage formerly stood formerly in occupation of Joshua Cason with orchard adjacent late in the occupation of Austin Drage & now of James Grigg : South first named messuage & orchard : North church [Churchyard in X440/26] [?] formerly estate of William Bletsoe who surrendered to i) who was admitted 21 & 22 October 1766 (except piece of meadow on West of river purchased with last messuage but not intended to be hereby surrendered) receipt for consideration Endorsed witnesses: Thomas Barns, William Nash, John Boston
