Probate of the Will of Mrs Sarah Elye Norris, deceased, of Little Gonerby, Grantham, Lincolnshire, widow
Under will of late father Reverend Leonard Towne, dated 6 May 1822, Manor of Utterby, Lincolnshire, and rectory and advowson etc to the church of Utterby, and all tithes and tenths, lands and other prems of late father are limited (subject to marriage settlement of late brother Leonard Elye Towne and to certain prior uses and trusts) to use of such children of hers as she should appoint, so:
- to eldest son, Reverend Thomas Elye Norris:
Manor of Utterby, advowson etc.
- to use of children, Thomas Elye Norris, Charles Norris, Sarah Elye Norris, John Elye Norris, Frances Elizabeth Norris and William Norris as tenants in common:
residue or real and personal estate
