Captain in the 64th Regiment, residing in Dublin ii) Anne Elizabeth Wigham, Dublin, spinster iii) Thomas Cuthbert Wigham Esq., Oporto, Portugal William Norris, Newport, Isle of Wight, gentleman marriage between i) and ii) i) with approval of ii) releases to iii) in trust - 1/6th part in Manor of Colmworth and all their property in Bedfordshire, formerly belonging to Leonard Towne, and all other property to which he is entitled under will of Leonard Towne and various indentures of appointment on trust to sell, after decease of i) and ii) upon such trusts as are declared in indenture of even date between same parties [not here] power given to make partition of the property, any part received to be held on same trusts power given to appoint new trustees signatures of i), ii) and William Norris endorsed witness Malvin (?)
