Whereas: court 26/7 October 1827 ii) did make a surrender to i). The premises stand charged with the repayment of £400 to Richard and Bernard Fountaine, Wragbury, Buckinghamshire by ii) by a mortgage 22 June 1824 Sale by ii) to i) in consideration £85 and repayment of £400 (a total of £485) on property comprising: - all those new erected messuages used as 8 tenements or dwelling houses at Heath and Reach, Leighton Buzzard in the said occupation of James Irons senior, Joseph Carpenter, William Baldwin, John Fleet, Richard Smith and Mary Sear and now unoccupied - that messuage, cottage or tenement and bakehouse erected by i) as part of grounds of said messuage Quit rent: 2..6½d Fine: £30
