    i) Penelope Frances Towne, Grantham, widow ii) Reverend Leonard Elye Towne, Woolsthorpe, clerk Reverend John Staunton, Nottinghamshire, D.LL Lewing Cholmley Esq., Gunby Reverend Geoge David Faithfull, Eastwell, clerk recites Z218/5 i) is desirous of makin provision for said Sarah Elye Norris toward payment of annuity to Sarah Jones in the event of the death of Leonard Elye Towne in the lifetime of Sarah Jones so i) appoints - closes at Easthorpe, Bottesford, Lincolnshire, called Pinfold Close and Granary Close (3 acres 2 roods) once in occupation of Edward Hinds and Daniel Pykett and then in occupation of Thomas Cincut and Robert Pykett - moiety of lands in Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire (60 acres) then in occupation of William Sharpe to ii) in trust to apply profits to benefit of son John Elye Towne, for life, for his personal maintenance, then for his children. If no children, the property to be divided into two, one part in trust for Leonard Elye Towne and other to Sarah Norris. If Leonard dies in the lifetime of Sarah Jones, then provisions of Z218/5 shall operate, to use of Sarah during life and after Sarah Jones' death then to ii), as before, in favour of John Elye Towne. signatures of all endorsed witnesses: Charles Norris George White Jane Cholmley John Milsom 19 June 1830
