Probate of the Will of Richard Towne, Lincoln, gentleman
- to servant Ann Dawson (if living with him at his decease) annuity of £12 p.a. so long as she remains unmarried
- also to Ann Dawson: oaken desk in his chamber; 3 oak tables in his kitchen; 4 kitchen chairs; clock; any other kitchen furniture if executors think it necessary or useful to her; 3 folding clothes horse [sic]; bed in last garret
- to Jane Elsom, St Swithun, Lincoln, weekly stipend of 2s for life and testator recommends a continuance of said payment after her decease to daughter Elizabeth Dawson, St Swithun, Lincoln, spinster, for life
- to Charles White Esq., The Close, Lincoln and to Jonathan Field of same
- £50 out of personal estate, to pay to Treasurer of Lincoln County Hospital
- to poor of parish of St Mark, Lincoln, a dole, amount of which he leaves to executor's discretion, to be distributed as executor thinks fit
- a dole, amount at executor's discretion, to be distributed yearly during executor's life, on day of testator's burial, and in such manner as exector thinks proper
- to son Reverend Leonard Towne, rest and remainder of real and personal estate
