NE - Weathercock Lane leading from the Weathercock Inn, Aspley Guise; other ground purchased by ii) of i)
SW end thereof - The Weathercock Inn
SE end - field of i) demised to ii) being formerly part of said piece of land but now fenced off
length (next turnpike road) 25ft 6ins
- all messuages erected or being built by iii) on said land
upon trust - for ii) for life or to iv) in trust for iii) and then to heirs of iii)
Also in consideration of 10s paid to ii) by iii)
ii) at request of i) transfers and gives up to iii)
- right to which he is entitled out of said piece of ground for residue of term of years to intent that it may become extinguished
