Most of the land advantageously adapted for building sites and conveniently situated near the church.
Lot 1. 2a 3r 15p garden land called The Orchard and grassland bounded N by G Smith, W by Public Brook, S by lot 2 and E by public road. In occupation of James Judd and William Parrott. The Orchard copyhold the manor of Potton Regis, meadow is freehold.
Lot 2. freehold cottage and garden with freehold grass land 1a 2r 4p. N lot 1, W public Brook, S by lot 3, E public road. In the occupation of Richard Compton and William Parrott.
