i) Robert Hanger of Souldrop, yeoman Ann Hanger of Souldrop, widow, mother of above ii) Joseph Eden of Souldrop, yeoman consideration : £237 i) agree to convey to ii) before 20 October next: - cottage, yard, orchard, garden etc in Souldrop - 3 closes pasture in Souldrop called Lives Close - 22 acres arable in Souldrop parish fields all now in occupation of i) £170 to be paid when conveyance made, £20 on 2 February next following & £47 residue on Lady Day next i) will pay interest on said £170 at 5% from date of conveyance to 25 March next signatures: i), ii) witnesses: Robert Lambe, Henry Lambe, William Johnson
