Parties:

(ii) Leverton Jessopp and Walter Budworth Jessopp, both of Bedford, solicitors;

Reciting:

- conveyance by way of mortgage of 30 October 1897 from (1) Henry Albert Williamson to (2) (ii) of (a)-(c) to secure a loan of £350;
- (ii) subsequently advanced further sums of money to Henry Albert Williamson;
- £375 remained owing to (i) but all interest had been paid;
- £350 remained owing to (ii) with arrears of unpaid interest;
- Order of Bedfordshire County Court of 24 March 1898 adjudging Henry Albert Williamson as bankrupt and (iii) was appointed trustee in bankruptcy on 18 April 1898

(b) three messuages built on (a) in occupation of Black, Charles Britten and Mrs Houghton respectively;
(c) wall on E side of (a)
