reciting will of Robert Wilkinson, late of the War Office and of Montagu Square, Middlesex, deceased, dated 13 February 1838 by which he devised to wife Catherine, all property (inter alia) in Stotfold for life, and then to son Robert Hindley Wilkinson. By codicil to said will said Robert desired his debt to Mr Veasey to be paid from Stotfold property. He died on 10 March 1839. Will proved Prerogative Court of Canterbury on 17 April 1839. Debt to Mr Veasey was paid.
By marriage settlement of 15 December 1852, on marriage of Robert Hindley Wilkinson and Catherine Ann Caroline Obert, spinster, Stotfold land passed to trustees, to be held subject to a mortgage of 24 May 1850, discharged on 9 January 1857.
Marriage took place at Marylebone Church on 16 December 1852
