    i) George, Earl of Ashburnham ii) John Pulley of Bedford, surgeon iii) Reverend William Pulley, Clerk, Vicar of Clapham (a Trustee for ii) Reciting indenture of 23 March 1813, a fine therein covenanted to be levied, and lease and release of 24/25 March 1813 [no further details given] by which property hereinafter mentioned was (with other hereditaments) settled to uses etc. for i) who caused divers manors, messuages etc. to be sold by auction, and ii) became the purchaser for £750 of premises below, with the timber valued at £64..2..0, making £814..2..0 in all NOW consideration: £814..2..0 paid by ii) to i), i) grants to ii) - close or parcel of pasture land or gound (6 acres, O roods, 4 peck) being part of a close of pasture called Turners close otherwise Tyrries close, otherwise Friars spinney close, as the same was stumped out from the other part of the said Close in the parish of St. Paul, Bedford, late part of a farm called the Friars otherwise the Friars minors in the occupation of William Sharp :N. land part of Conduit field and Iron well, lately sold by i) to John Trapp :E. other part of the said close called Turners close, lately sold by i) to James Gibbon :S. road leading from Wells Street towards the Ford :W. land belonging to Leanard Hampson Esquire Fence on east side of close adjoining the land of James Gibbon to be made and kept in repair by James Gibbon Land free from great and small tithes under Inclosure Act and Award. To hold to ii), but with provision for property to be held by iii) in trust for ii) and his heirs
