Parties:

(ii) William James Jones, George Ephraim Jones and Ephraim Jones all of Bedford, builders
Operative Part:
- (i) conveyed (a) to (ii) for £222/17/-
Property [as shown on included plan]:
(a) land forming part of an estate of 11 acres laid out by (i) as a building estate in Bedford, Saint Mary, called Cauldwell Estate and containing 8,915 feet measuring: 99 feet on NW side; 90 feet on NE side; 100 feet on SE side and 90 feet on SW side and bounded: NW and NE by land of (i); SE by Granville Street; SW by land of H Stapleton
Covenants:
- by (ii) to maintain half the width of the frontage road until adopted by the local authority;
- by (ii) not to allow noisy, noxious or offensive trade etc.;
- by (ii) to erect a brick wall on SW and NW boundaries not less than 5 feet 6 inches high and 4½ inches thick;
- by (ii) to respect the building line;
- by (ii) to erect a house or houses of not less than £150 value each with a bay window on the ground floor with the ground floor not more than 9 inches above the level of the road
- by (i) to produce scheduled deeds
