– Recites his Surrender of the previous day (by John Orme, tenant), to the Lord of the Manor of Cranfield, of: a messuage, 2 closes of arable, 9 closes of pasture & 2 copses of woodground, containing together 51 acres; 9¾ acres in the Common Fields & a close containing 5 acres (purchased of Thomas Baker senior of Cranfield, gentleman). (No details). Devises the said property to Ambrose Reddell senior, & William Parker of Eversholt & his brother Peter Edwards of Cranfield, in trust for wife Mary, & son Peter, & then son John. Executor -Wife. Witnesses: John Crone, Amos Baker & Joshua Wheeler.
