– Recites will of William Taylor alias Smith of Ascot in Wing, Buckinghamshire, yeoman, whereby he devises his cottage in Leadbourne in Mentmore Buckinghamshire, to his kinswoman Mary (wife of Thomas Seare, & after her decease, to trustees who are to sell it on behalf of her children (who include the said Sarah). [Dated 1 Jan 1716]. Witnesses: Robert Thomas & Edward Ashwell, Robert Baskerfield & Richard Atkins junior.
