– Devises his cottage in the North End of Leighton Buzzard (then divided into 3 tenements) & a barn as follows: the north end of the cottage, & the north end of the barn, to son Robert; the middle of the cottage and south end of the barn to daughter Mary (now in occupancy of William Shephard); and the south end of the cottage to daughter Sarah. And also to son Robert his barn and premises in the Workhouse Lane in Leighton Buzzard, copyhold of the Manor of Leighton Buzzard. Various personal bequests. Executor: William Yirrell of Leighton Buzzard, victualler. Witnesses: Robert Emerton & David & Charles Willis. [Found inside WI/19].
