- Scope and Content– A piece of enclosed garden ground in Toddington on which a barn (now used as a cooper’s shop), stands, & a house (lately pulled down) stood containing ½ acre; bounding west is the lane from Toddington to Luton, east the Town pond and the house of William Faldow; & south that of Humphrey Adams in occupancy of Thomas Hobbs & purchased from Mr Ginger (reputed to have been the property of George Drinkwater, deceased., father of said George Drinkwater, but no conveyance appears to have been made). Witnesses: John Brown & Thomas Nobbs.
