    i) Benjamin Falkner of St. Clement Danes, Middlesex, turner, and Constance his wife (Formerly Constance Penn of Bedford, widow), and Lettice Launder of Biggleswade, widow. ii) Thomas Brace of Biddenham, gentleman, and Grey Arnald of Bedford, gentleman iii) Francis Brace of Biddenham, gentleman, and William Carter of Turvey, Esquire iv) Thomas Skevington of Newton Blossomville, Buckinghamshire, gentleman, John Skevington of Turvey, husbandman, and Henry Peeres of Turvey, lacebuyer Recites: Mortgages of 25 March 1697, 6 April 1699, 8 June 1700 [HT1/1/17], 16 April 1702 [HT1/1/18], and 6 February 1702/3 and its endorsement. Whereas: by marriage of Benjamin Falkner and Constance Penn, i) became entitled to premises for the residue of the term of 500 years created by mortgage of 25 March 1697. Whereas: William Manley was dead, and his widow Lettice Manley became entitled to premises for the residue of the term of 500 years created by the mortage of 6 April 1699. Lettice Manley was dead, and Constance Falkner were joint executrixes of her will, whereby Benjamin Falkner in right of his wife, and Lettice Launder became entitled to the residue of the term. Whereas: Premises were vested in ii) in trust for Francis Brace for another term of 1000 years. Whereas: William Carter had purchased the premises of Francis Brace. Agreed by all parties that the terms of 500, 500, and 1000 years should be assigned in trust to William Carter NOW consideration: 5s. paid by Thomas Skevington to Benjamin Falkner, Falkner assigns residue of term of 500 years to Thomas Skevington. consideration: 5s. paid by John Skevington to Benjamin Falkner and Lettice Launder, they assign the residue of term of 500 years to John Skevington. consideration: 5s. paid by Henry Peeres to ii), they assign the residue of the term of 1000 years to Henry Peeres.
