    - A messuage in Toddington, bounded east by a messuage of Edmund White, south by that late of Thomas Reeve and now of Thomas Attley, & abutting west on the common street, (purchased by Edward Gale from John Buckingham, and since rebuilt).; in occupancy of Robert Hicks, surgeon; a way from the Green or Street through the yard in occupancy of Thomas Fox of Toddington, grocer; the way to the pump there; & commons for 2 cows on the New Common. - A messuage between the messuage of the said Mary Gale and that of the Lord of the Manor, abutting north on the common green of Toddington, & a pightle adjoining containing 1 rood, (purchased off Holled Smith of Lutterworth, surgeon); late in occupancy of John Gale, John Brett & Ambrose Gregory & now of William Oakes; and commons for a cow on the New Common. - A cottage in Duck Lane abutting north east into the said lane, bounded south by the land of John Potts, south west by that of Sarah Reeves and north west by that of Hannah White, widow, (purchased by Thomas Gale from Thomas Kitchener); & commons for a cow. - 1 acre of sward as in WI/173-174, viz: – 1 acre of sward in Park Field in Toddington, between the land late of George Reeve & of John Strange, abutting east into Soemuch Mead, west on land late of Mr Hawkes. - 1 acre arable as in WI/170, viz: – 1 acre in Park Field in Toddington; of which ½ acre lies in Quabb Furlong, abutting east on the Quabb, the land of John Wenwright north and of Thomas Potts south; & the other abutting east on the Mill Wood, bounded south by land of John Wenwright in occupancy of Jacob Shaw.
