– To brother Daniel Eames of Bidwell in Houghton Regis, husbandman, all his land in Eggington & Billington; charged with payment of legacies to brothers Edward & Henry Eames, sons-in-law Thomas & John Vize, Thomas Eames of Stanbridge, cordwainer & to Susan Gazely, widow. Also legacies to the same people and to Thomas (son of Thomas Vize) on death of Mrs Roberts of Eggington, widow who has a rent charge issuing out of the said property. Various other bequests. Executor: brother Daniel. Witnesses: William Baldwyn, Daniel Ellingham of Totternhoe, Kidgell Sandon of Eaton Bray. Codicil dated 1757: no material change. [Found inside WI/161-162]
