Highly approves of SW's attitude to Russian business. Fox's bill in House of Lords. Remarks & opinions on the proposed reform of the Harpur Trust: Duke of Bedford's attitude. Hopes Wilberforce will be attended with better success with the petition for abolition of the slave trade. SW senior looked very ill when last at Fenlake.
