– The East End of a cottage (formerly called Perrins & since Spaffords), in Leighton Buzzard, next a lane to Benthams Ford, late in occupancy of Geoffrey Pratt, Jane Harrold, Thomas Roe and [blank] Messenger, since of John Smith, Thomas Dickens, William Quick and Joseph Gates, and now of the said William Hickenbottom & Richard Roome; with a small piece of garden ground; the remaining part of the cottage & garden (intended to be surrendered to William Quick) is on the West, & the garden & premises of the devisees of John Norman on South & East.
