– A cottage late in occupancy of Benjamin Capon in Leighton Buzzard; a cottage near the Gravel Pitts in Leighton Buzzard, late in occupancy of Thomas Spencer, in Friday Lane or street between the cottages late of Joseph Gutteridge and one acre in Kings Mead in Leighton Buzzard, the land of Robert Emerton lying on that side shooting towards Mr Coak’s & of Mrs Massem on the side towards Grovebury, in occupancy of Robert Peppiatt.
